QR batch is an online software as a service tool this means
it’s a do-it-yourself tool to help you create qr codes in bulk.

QR batch can create only static qr codes. In static qr codes the content is hard-coded. This means that you cannot change the contents linked to the qr code. Are going to keep our focus on the capabilities of
qr batch this includes how to generate static qr codes in bulk, customize its design and ultimately
download the badge in a format of your choice

We will see few categories that are offered for qr code creation. Let’s get started with the demo. Iwill discuss the
pricing page first this is a pay-as-you-go product   So it will not require any subscription you are
only charged when you create a batch the cost depends on the number of qr codes you generate.

You can calculate the price here, you will observe that higher the number of qr codes lesser is the
cost. Tthe cost also depends on whether you want to export the qr batch as individual images or in
the form of labels in pdf sheets.

Let’s log in now I will go to create batch the tool will ask you
if you want to create the batch in the form of individual qr code images or if you would like to
have the qr codes as labels present in a pdf which   Can be printed in different layouts on avery
sheets.

I am going with generate qr code images. Let’s choose the website url qr code first. Website url qr codes redirect people to a specified url after the scan   Here you will observe that you can either enter
the data using our inline editor or you can upload a csv file with all the necessary data you need.

To have a csv xls or xlsx file to upload the first column should contain the file name and the second
column should be the website address. There should be no header. You can also download the sample
csv file shown here if there is any confusion.

I have already prepared a file with the necessary data here it is you can observe that there are 50   Rows which means that 50 unique qr codes will be created using this operation. Please note that you can create a maximum of 100 000 qr codes in a single operation. Let us upload the file now. Next you will be asked to review the data.

Match the column names click on confirm once you have matched all the columns you can click on next You will be now asked to choose a design that will be applied to the entire batch of qr codes. You can select from the standard black and white design custom with logo or custom with background.

I am going with custom background design   Select customize upload an image
that will be the background. Make sure it is in png format. Click on next you
can move the qr code body across the background.

Click on preview and then on next. Check the preview you can choose from
various data patterns and eye patterns. Let’s click on select design now
enter a meaningful batch name

Select the image format it can be either png or jpg format; click on next. You can now download the preview make sure that you scan the qr code to ensure that everything is in place. You can check the total price and then
click on proceed to payment.

Payment can be done using the credits you have in your account or
by making a card purchase after the payment the badge.  Processing will start and it will take a few
minutes for completion. you will get an email when the processing is complete you can download the
badge from the mybatches section of the website.

I have already created the batch for this demo here is how it will look. You can see that there are individual
qr code images in a zip folder. Each qr code will have the design specified. Now let’s create another batch of qr codes this time I am going with the option of qr code labels.

I will create qr codes for the category serial code. These qr codes display a serial number.  The series can be decided by you by the parameters you specify in the next step. Provide a prefix, start increment and end so going by the current parameters the qr codes will display a01 a02   And so on after the scan you will be now asked to
choose a design that will be applied to the entire   Batch of qr codes.

You can select from the standard black and white design or custom with logo. Note that there is no custom background design when you are exporting the qr codes as labels. I am going with custom logo design; click on customize here.

You can add a logo, change pattern and color of  Qr code eyes modify the design and pattern of data
bits you can also make the background transparent.

After making the design modifications you can save the template so that you can create a badge in future with the same template without having to go through this design process again.

I am going with a template that I have already saved. Provide a batch name choose the format as
pdf select the label layout. These layouts are as per the standard avery sheets
available in the market.

Click on next. You can now download the preview, check pricing and complete the payment so that
the batch processing can start. You can download the batch from the
my batches section of the website.

I have already created the batch for this demo here is how it will look You can see that the batch is
present in the form of labels   So that is about a few qr code categories
we have along with format and design options.

Let us now discuss the other sections of the dashboard   The what’s new section has all
the updates related to our product. Profile section can be used to specify your
profile information and billing information.

You can even reset your password by visiting the login method section   Also you can delete your account
by using the account section.

Support section can be used to contact us or browse the faqs. Pricing section can be used to calculate
the price of your batch beforehand   You can use the credits section to
purchase credits for creating the qr batch
